About
The Bilirubin Assessment Tool provides evidence-based neonatal jaundice risk stratification using the Bhutani nomogram. It automatically pulls gestational age, birth weight, and total serum bilirubin (TSB) values from the FHIR server, plots them on the hour-specific nomogram, and generates a risk zone classification (Low, Low-Intermediate, High-Intermediate, High). The tool supports both term and late-preterm neonates and provides phototherapy threshold guidance per AAP 2022 guidelines. Designed for use in the NICU, nursery, and outpatient follow-up settings.
